Payment policy

1. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer

• Credit/Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard)

• Cash or card payment upon arrival at the villa

2. Deposit

To secure your reservation, please make a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount.

3. Remaining Balance

The remaining balance is payable upon check-in or as per prior arrangement with us.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before arrival: 100% deposit refund.

• Cancellations made 7-13 days before arrival: 50% deposit refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival: no refund of deposit.

5. Booking Modifications

Any requests to modify bookings (dates, room types, number of guests) must be made at least 7 days in advance and are subject to availability.
